In this exciting new post based at our head office in Peterborough you will be responsible for the recruitment, training and management of a team of volunteers throughout the UK.

You will have excellent written communication skills to produce materials to support our network of volunteer speakers and edit the bi-annual newsletter Voices. You must be organised and able to work within and across a number of teams.

Empathy with our ethos, strong interpersonal and networking skills and a willingness to travel throughout the UK are essential requirements for this post
